Shipping policy

 Alta Studios ships worldwide! We take pride in our prompt shipping process....most orders are shipped within twenty four (24) hours. We work with the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and DHL for all domestic and international shipping. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of checkout and use the most current rates. 

 Alta Studios does not cover any customs duties and fees or shipping brokerage fees. Your country may impose additional taxes, duties or fees related to customs, processing or local delivery. These fees are not controlled or collected by Alta Studios. Please make sure you are familiar with your countries customs process and fee structure before you order so you are clear in what to expect during shipping. 

  Alta Studios provides, via email confirmation, a tracking number from your selected shipping provider with every order that is placed. If you can't find your tracking number, please check your spam email. If still not there,  please send us an email at info@Altastudios.shop.

 If you placed an order to a domestic (US) address and haven't received your order: Please notify us if it has been at least 20 days since your order shipped and you have not yet received it. PLEASE NOTE: Alta Studios is not responsible for packages that have not been reported delayed or missing after thirty (30) days and/or any packages that show "delivered" with shipping provider tracking. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your selected shipping provider to open an investigation.  Alta Studios is not responsible for mis-delivered or stolen packages. 

 If you placed an order to an international (outside US) address and haven't received your order: Occasionally packages may get delayed in customs in route to you. Please contact your selected shipping provider if it has been at least thirty (30) days since your order shipped to open an investigation. PLEASE NOTE: Alta Studios does not assume the risk of any packages that are shipped internationally; Alta Studios are not responsible for any orders that are delayed,  held or rejected by customs or are missing. If your package is returned Alta Studios for any reason,  and you wish to have it shipped a second time,  there will be an additional shipping fee.
